You’re not just looking for a headshot—you’re building a brand, telling your story, or showing the world what you do best. I create environmental portraits and branding images for professionals and creatives who want something more personal than a traditional studio photo. Whether you're an author, artist, entrepreneur, or executive, we’ll create portraits that feel authentic, confident, and uniquely you.
Branding portraits go beyond the basics. We’ll photograph you in a space that makes sense for your story—your office, studio, shop, or even outdoors. The goal? Create a collection of images that not only look great, but actually say something about who you are and what you do.
These portraits are perfect for websites, speaking engagements, social media, book covers, press kits, and business marketing. They help people connect with you—before you even speak a word.
A Collaborative Approach
I’ll help you choose a location and walk you through what to wear, how to prepare, and how to feel comfortable in front of the camera. Most sessions last 60–90 minutes and include a mix of posed and candid moments that show the range of who you are—professional, relaxed, confident, and approachable.
Designed Around You
Every portrait session is customized. Want a clean, editorial look? A casual work-in-progress vibe? Something moody, refined, or playful? We’ll make it fit your brand without trying to make you fit a formula.
With over 15 years of experience photographing people across New England, I know how to bring out what’s real—without over-directing or overcomplicating things. My portraits are grounded in observation, intention, and simplicity. I’m not interested in making you look like someone else. I want to help you feel proud of how you show up, and build images that support the work you’re doing in the world.
Who are these portraits for?
They’re great for small business owners, creatives, consultants, authors, and anyone building a brand with a face and a story behind it.
Where do the sessions happen?
Anywhere that fits your brand. That could be your office, studio, store, a co-working space, or outdoors. I can help you brainstorm the best fit.
What should I wear?
Bring 2–3 outfits you feel confident in. Think of what you’d wear when meeting a dream client or presenting your best self. I’ll send a prep guide before the shoot.
Do you offer hair and makeup?
I don’t include it, but I’m happy to recommend trusted HMU artists in the Boston area who can meet you at your location or studio.
Can I use these for more than just my website?
Absolutely. These portraits are made to support your full brand—social media, press kits, ads, newsletters, speaking gigs, you name it.
This isn’t about stiff poses or fake smiles. It’s about creating meaningful, versatile images that show the person behind the business. I work with clients throughout Boston and New England to create commercial portraits and personal brand photography that feels intentional, relaxed, and real.
